Financial Executive Assistant- Our 4 year old company needs an enthusiastic, organized, multitalented full-time Admin Assistant/Operations Specialist to help us keep up our rapid growth and expansion. You will be assisting a Certified Financial PlannerTM that does 360 Wealth Management. We oversee the financial affairs for a select group of successful business owners and professionals, who among other things are aspiring to and approaching financial independence that want a work optional lifestyle. You can find out more about us on our website www.GoGreenFG.com Job Description - Provide phone, email, web and chat based customer support - Assist with web advertising production workflow - Provide Sales Support to inside and outside sales staff - Update and maintain Salesforce CRM - Update and maintain Wordpress and eCommerce websites - Provide data and reporting for management Light IT and Tech Support duties Other office duties as needed - Invoicing - Creating weekly and monthly reports - Creating monthly schedules - Tracking completed work & overdue work - Data entry - Assist and support staff in project work. - Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: - Answer Phones • emailing • Copying • Mailing • Faxing • Filing. Apprenticeship experience cannot be combined with non-Apprenticeship experience hours. Qualifying experience under the Apprenticeship Experience option for initial CFP® Certification must satisfy a three-part requirement. PART 1: Apprenticeship activities must include experience in all six primary elements of the personal financial planning process:
